About the Role
We are actively looking to hire talented Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. As a critical part of our clinical team, you will deliver high-quality behavioral healthcare in a 100% outpatient setting, with no nights, no hospital calls, and no weekends. The role offers flexibility through telemedicine and in-person care, along with strong work/life balance.
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based, medically driven mental healthcare for children, adolescents, and/or adults.
- Perform medication management and therapy.
Requirements
- Licensed in one or more US states with a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certification.
- Experience with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
- Experience in both medication management and therapy.

- Generous compensation: full-time income ranges from $230,000 to $260,000, with an unlimited/uncapped earnings model based on productivity.
