Key Responsibilities
- Lead, direct, and support the valet team to ensure all duties are completed efficiently, accurately, and on time.
- Maintain full awareness of front drive operations at all times, proactively addressing issues before they escalate.
- Ensure the front drive and valet court remain clean, organized, and free of congestion or safety hazards.
- Manage traffic flow and vehicle staging to maximize efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Act as the point of contact for the valet team when management is not present, making sound decisions in real time.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and accountability to team members to uphold service and operational standards.
- Communicate consistently and effectively with the Front Desk, Guest Services, and other departments.
- Deliver exceptional guest service by engaging guests with professionalism, integrity, and a welcoming attitude.
- Handle guest concerns—including lost luggage, misplaced keys, or vehicle damage—with urgency, empathy, and professionalism.
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting of incidents in accordance with company policies.
- Oversee luggage handling and coordinate timely delivery with bell services.
- Conduct safety checks on parked vehicles and ensure compliance with all safety procedures.
- Maintain compliance with all company SOPs and brand standards.
- Perform MOS audits and other operational checks as required.
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance of the work area and team members.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license with a clean driving record that meets insurance standards (required).
- Minimum of 6 months hospitality or related experience.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
- Able to operate both manual and automatic transmissions.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to direct, coach, and hold team members accountable.
- Excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across departments.
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm, organized, and decisive under pressure.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and guest service focus.
- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Able to stand for extended periods.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays (8hr shift in between -hours:1pm-midnight).
- Willingness to undergo a drug screen and MVR background check.
