About the role

As a afternoon-evening Esthetician, you will provide professional skincare services and treatments while creating a welcoming and personalized experience for our guests. This afternoon-evening focused role is ideal for an esthetician who enjoys helping guests unwind after a day of adventure, travel, or work.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional facial treatments, skincare services, and waxing services.
• Conduct guest consultations to assess skincare needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Educate guests on skincare products and at-home care routines.
• Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies in accordance with spa cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Promote spa services, retail products, and resort amenities.
• Accurately document guest treatments and preferences.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Work evening shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Must attend all education trainings.
• Ability to work in an environment infused with a variety of scents/aromatherapy.

Qualifications

• Current New Hampshire Esthetician License in good standing.
• Previous spa, salon, resort, or wellness experience preferred.
• HydraFacial Certified preferred.
• Knowledge of skincare products, techniques, and current industry trends.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Ability to multitask is essential with great attention to detail.
• Excellent communication style and out-going personality.
• Ability to provide all of Cascade Spa's facial treatments and services.
• Assist with laundry and other housekeeping duties.
