Spa Esthetician

About the role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare and beauty services, providing exceptional customer service while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients.

You will be responsible for performing various esthetic treatments, including facials, while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment areas and equipment in accordance with health regulations.
• Demonstrate products to clients and recommend skincare routines tailored to individual needs.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client concerns.
• Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge to enhance service offerings.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Esthetician or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and client satisfaction.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices and ability to manage cleanliness in treatment areas.
• Experience with product demonstrations is a plus.

Pay

$150.00 - $175.00 per day

Supplemental pay opportunities include bonus, commission, performance bonus, and tips.

Schedule

• 8 hour shift
• Every weekend
