About the role

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a vital part in driving sales and ensuring a positive customer experience in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Introduce customers to promotions and special offerings to boost sales.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate when necessary.
• Build strong relationships with colleagues as a team player.
• Maintain the store’s visual appeal and cleanliness standards.
• Handle customer transactions efficiently using our POS system.
• Manage inventory tasks, including receiving, returns, and transfers accurately.
• Complete paperwork and process controls in a timely manner.
• Follow safety policies to maintain a secure work environment.
• Understand and comply with cash handling and financial protocols.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferably one year of retail or customer service experience.
• Flexibility to work various shifts in a team-oriented environment.
• Exceptional communication skills in English.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of multitasking.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and basic math.
• Willingness to pass background checks and meet FAA requirements.
• Comfortable with computer work and physical tasks.
