Job Purpose
Provide friendly, helpful service to all guests. Oversee restaurant and bar operations during AM shifts. Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally. Maintain high service and hospitality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous restaurant supervisory experience preferred
- Mariariott/Forbes standards experience is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform typical front-of-house duties
