PM Restaurant Food Runner

About the role

We are looking for a Part-Time Weekend PM Food Runner to join our Banquets Team at Crescent Hotels & Resorts. Responsibilities

• Deliver Mobile Dining orders to guest rooms
• Deliver food and beverages within the restaurant and bar
• Set up and stock service stations
• Complete side work
• Clean and reset tables during service
• Serve water, coffee, and other non-alcoholic beverages
• Assist servers as needed
• Vacuum the dining room
• Perform general cleaning tasks
• Promptly communicate any guest concerns or issues to the server, dining room supervisor, or manager

Requirements

• A self-starting personality with an even disposition
• Good communication skills with guests
• Willingness to assist co-workers and be a team player
• Knowledge of various types of equipment and set up styles used in meeting rooms
• Comfortable with physical activity throughout the shift

Qualifications

• Must be able to work weekends and evenings
• Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
