Your Impact as an Admissions Nurse
As an Admissions Nurse, you play a critical role in setting residents up for success from day one. You will:
- Conduct comprehensive admission assessments
- Ensure accurate medication reconciliation and care planning
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to support smooth transitions
- Serve as a clinical leader and resident advocate
- Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Illinois RN or LPN license
- Prior nursing experience preferred, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate
