PM Lobby Attendant - Sheraton Detroit Metro Airport

Responsibilities

• Ensure the entire front lobby is clean and presentable for guests
• Immediately respond to and correct any potential safety conditions such as wet floors due to guests tracking in rain or snow
• Clean pool area and restrooms
• Clean all public restrooms and stock all necessary items
• Empty the trash from all offices, including Sales, Executive, and Front offices
• Clean, dust, mop, vacuum, and polish the lobby area, including ashtrays, furniture, house phones, wall fixtures, plants, vending machines, glass, and windows
• Greet guests in a courteous fashion
