About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Line Server to join our team at our ASU - Beebe location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while efficiently serving food and beverages in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff.
Schedule
Full Time, Monday–Friday 3:00pm – 7:30pm, Sunday 3:00pm – 7:00pm
Responsibilities
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and courteous manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the serving area.
- Assist in food preparation and presentation as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure accurate orders.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the dining experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a food service or customer service role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality service.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Basic knowledge of food safety practices.
- Physical requirements: continuous walking and other means of mobility up to 8 hours a day; ability to reach, bend, stoop, push/pull, and frequently lift/move up to 30 pounds.
