Be Part of the team at The Block in St. Louis Park as a Line Cook! PM Availability Required. This location is a fun, energetic, and dog-friendly spot. With great food, craft cocktails, and a welcoming atmosphere, we're building a crew that will set the tone for an incredible guest experience from day one.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh ingredients, ensuring everything is ready for a bustling service.
• Execute various cooking techniques to craft delicious dishes while maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation.
• Assist in setting up the kitchen, keeping the workspace clean, organized, and safe.
• Stay agile and ready to manage multiple orders, showcasing your skills under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Communicate effectively with fellow crew members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Willingness to learn and experiment with new recipes, and participate in ongoing crew development activities.

• Organizational skills to manage time efficiently during busy shifts.
• A team player who can collaborate with your crew.
• Clear communication to keep everyone aligned, especially during peak hours.
• An attention to detail for executing recipes accurately and maintaining food safety standards.
• A positive attitude and adaptability to thrive in our fun, dynamic environment.
• Experience with Toast POS is a plus, but not required.
