Experience and Qualifications
- We are looking for candidates who have At least 6 months to 1-year of experience working in a similar position with a concentration on high-volume food and beverage service.
- Must have a friendly personality, strong work ethic, ability to work well with others, excellent communication skills, passion for hospitality, dedication to customer service, and willingness to go the extra mile to exceed our standards for guest satisfaction and food, cocktails, and service.
Responsibilities/Job Functions
- Prepares food items in accordance with recipe specifications and restaurant standards
- Uses kitchen equipment to fry, grill, saute food items in the kitchen
- Uses knife skills to chop, slice cut a variety of food items
- May assist in other areas of the kitchen when necessary, such as Prep, Cleaning, Dish
- Makes restocking, cleaning, and opening/closing duties
- Completes other duties as assigned by leader/manager
- Serve Safe certification a plus
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
