PM Dishwasher/Steward $19/hr + tips

About the role

Cassique is seeking a PM Dishwasher to support the culinary team at Cassique Clubhouse. The PM Dishwasher plays a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in all kitchen and dishwashing areas.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing stations and kitchen areas
• Operate dishwashing machines and cleaning equipment
• Remove trash and recycling from kitchen and service areas
• Aid with basic kitchen cleaning duties, including floors, mats, and storage areas
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Support kitchen staff as needed during service periods

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred, but not required
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Schedule

• Evening and weeknight shifts required
• Weekend availability required
• Scheduled day off every Tuesday
