Responsibilities
- Create and maintain preventative maintenance schedule
- Provide phone support to customers and internal staff
- Cook dispatch service agreements with Easy Ice customers
- Create and dispatch service calls to technicians supporting tech efficiency
- Follow up with customers regarding maintenance
- Update and coordinate maintenance plans
- Customer satisfaction monitoring
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Customer Service experience is required
- Dispatch experience - Field service industry a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel and Outlook)
- Knowledge of Salesforce software a plus
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast pace environment
- Ability to learn Company protocols and procedures
