About the role
The Landsmeer Cook prepares meals for residents, staff and visitors. He/she serves customers and is involved in clean up.
Responsibilities
- Serves customers
- Responsible for cleanup of cooking areas & items
- Operates the dish machine as needed
- Does assigned cleaning and mopping as needed
- Puts away dishes
- Stocks items
- Helps in the dining room as needed
- Sets up, delivers, and cleans up for special dining events
Requirements
A high school diploma is desired. They must take a modified diet and sanitation course provided through the dietary department.
Job Schedule
Casual: 0-15 hours/week. 11:15am-7:15pm, every other weekend and holiday. Fill in as needed.
