PM Cook - Healthcare

Location: Marinette, WI · Hours: Monday–Friday, 12:30 pm–6:30 pm

About the role

BSG Maintenance provides contracted housekeeping, laundry, and dietary services to medical and long‑term care facilities. This position prepares and cooks meals for residents in a healthcare setting, following standardized recipes and maintaining strict sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Follow standardized recipes; prepare all menu items for the shift and prep food for the next shift.
• Cook and prepare meals, reading recipes and meal tickets to ensure proper distribution and portion control.
• Maintain a clean kitchen: wash dishes, sanitize surfaces, and remove trash.
• Ensure food and supplies are stocked and stored properly.
• Interact politely and professionally with residents, responding promptly to requests and inquiries.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Previous cooking experience preferred; willing to train the right candidate.
• Ability to pass a TB test, drug test, and healthcare background check.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards.
• Physical stamina to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and irregular hours as needed.
• Reliable transportation to and from work for scheduled shifts.
