Responsibilities
- Prepares both cold and hot menu items according to standard recipes for patients, employees, cafeteria customers, physicians, community agencies and catering events.
- Maintains equipment in kitchen to standard.
- Assist in storage of deliveries.
- Maintains kitchen area to state required sanitary standards.
- Completes all task on duty while adhering to safety standards and policies of the hospital.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
