About the role

The intermediate line cook position at Hyatt Regency Cleveland is aimed at individuals with strong culinary skills and experience in a hotel kitchen setting. The ideal candidate should possess good communication abilities, a culinary degree, or equivalent hotel experience, and be proficient in basic cooking techniques.

Responsibilities

• Work single stations in the kitchen under significant supervision and training.
• Perform all basic cooking skills required for the role.
• Satisfy the needs of guests in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.

Requirements

The successful candidate must have refined verbal communication skills and 2 years of previous line experience. A culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred but not mandatory. The ability to perform all basic cooking skills and a genuine passion for serving guests in a dynamic setting are essential.
