Plus Path Coordinator
About the role
The Plus Path Coordinator is responsible for the development of ROG players who excel in their spaces and are on a pathway towards high performance programming. This individual will be the ambassador for weekly interclub adult team practices and match play.
Responsibilities
- Increase program visibility
- Growth of the program by addition of players and retention of existing players
- Contribute to maintaining tennis areas providing an exceptional facility experience
- Be the joyful leader of the aspiring ROG player profiles, and in general, junior developmental programs
- Oversee a team of tennis coaches
- Participation in coach audits
- Capable and available for on-court coaching of group and private lessons, option to be on court as many as 35 hours per week to supplement primary Plus Path leadership responsibilities

Qualifications
- Relevant coaching experience including group and private lessons for adults, teams, and juniors
- Possess one nationally recognized tennis certification or be willing to become certified within 6 months of hire
- Possess an NTRP rating of 4.0 or higher and be able to demonstrate skills effectively
- Have a growth mindset and are curious
- Passionate about helping others, love tennis and love inspiring others to play, and see the glass as half full

- #3 Our Compensation: Extremely competitive in the commercial club market Depending on their credentials and experience, full-time Midtown tennis coaches earn, including the value of the full-time Benefits package, between $65K and $90K annually.
