Plumbing Technician

About the role

Responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings. Perform inspections, diagnose issues, and provide solutions using industry standards and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair plumbing fixtures and systems
• Perform routine maintenance checks on plumbing systems
• Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to local building codes
• Communicate effectively with clients and other tradespeople

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid state plumbing license
• At least 2 years of related work experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Proficient in common plumbing tools and equipment
• Knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
