Plumbing Technician
Essential Responsibilities
- Apply and demonstrate knowledge of general plumbing work and repairs
- Perform work in a timely manner and provide exceptional quality of work
- Schedule, communicate, complete, and invoice work
- Maintain the established customer service standards for both owners and residents
- Promptly respond, pursue, and resolve issues

- Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from manager to accomplish objectives
Requirements
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience with plumbing or suitable experience in residential repairs
- Able to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and staff
- Must be able to pass a background check
