Responsibilities

• Maintain plumbing and piping systems and associated components
• Identify repair/replacement opportunities
• Provide excellent customer service
• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures such as toilet replacements, faucet replacements, water heater replacements, soldering, and common plumbing repairs
• Inspect and test plumbing systems for safety, functionality, water quality, and code compliance in residential settings
• Address customer queries, troubleshoot, and resolve problems
• Prepare cost estimates
• Perform camera inspections and respond to emergency plumbing situations
• Diagnose and repair plumbing & piping systems and components in residential and commercial buildings
• Work with customers to understand estimates and exceed revenue goals
• Ensure tools, supplies, and equipment are in safe operating condition
• Prepare documentation for written support and convey information appropriately
• Enforce a safety-focused culture
• On-call and weekend shifts may be required

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Residential Plumbing
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver’s license and insurable driving record
• Knowledge of basic hand and plumbing tools
• Experience with home and commercial software and technology (example: ServiceTitan)
• Licenses and certifications preferred but not required: Master Plumber, Journeyman Plumber, Backflow Tester, Leak Detection
• Comprehend technical information and blueprints
• Good manual dexterity and multi-limb coordination
• Excellent stamina
