About the Role
Expert Services - Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electrical is scouting a full-time Plumbing Services / Lead Technician / Master Plumber to serve the Salt Lake City, UT community. Establishing good rapport with our customers and your team, you service, repair, and install residential and commercial systems and various kinds of piping equipment. You will have the opportunity to provide leadership and cast vision for our journeyman and apprentice plumbers.
Responsibilities
- Accurately troubleshoot systems in residential and business locations
- Service, repair, and install residential and commercial systems and various piping equipment
- Work with a wide range of products including water heaters of all brands and specialty fixtures
- Provide above-and-beyond customer service
- Adhere to all current codes and safety standards
Qualifications
- Current plumber's license and relevant experience
- Able to provide your own basic hand tools
- Can lift 75lbs
- Able to pass a background check and drug test
- Driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong communication skills
- Safety-first mindset
- Detail-oriented, honest, reliable, and self-motivated
- Able to express technical things in layman's terms
- Takes pride in workmanship
Pay
$80,000-$160,000/yr, plus highly achievable performance and experience based commissions and bonuses.
Schedule
Typical Monday-Friday work week, with opportunities for overtime and flexible hours to allow for days off.
