Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems and fixtures
• Install water heaters, water treatment systems, fixtures, piping, and plumbing components
• Troubleshoot issues involving water lines, drain systems, fixtures, water heaters, and other plumbing components
• Provide homeowners with clear explanations, honest recommendations, and options for repairs or upgrades
• Educate customers on plumbing system performance, maintenance needs, and preventative care
• Maintain accurate records in ServiceTitan, including materials used and time on-site
• Keep your company vehicle clean, organized, and well-maintained
• Follow all safety procedures and comply with local plumbing codes and company policies
• Represent Dierolf’s values and mission in every interaction

Requirements

• 4+ years of plumbing service experience preferred
• Journeyman Plumber license preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Confidence in presenting repair and upgrade options to customers
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Familiarity with plumbing tools, systems, and local plumbing codes
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Willingness to continually learn and grow in your role
