Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems and fixtures
- Install water heaters, water treatment systems, fixtures, piping, and plumbing components
- Troubleshoot issues involving water lines, drain systems, fixtures, water heaters, and other plumbing components
- Provide homeowners with clear explanations, honest recommendations, and options for repairs or upgrades
- Educate customers on plumbing system performance, maintenance needs, and preventative care
- Maintain accurate records in ServiceTitan, including materials used and time on-site
- Keep your company vehicle clean, organized, and well-maintained
- Follow all safety procedures and comply with local plumbing codes and company policies
- Represent Dierolf’s values and mission in every interaction
Requirements
- 4+ years of plumbing service experience preferred
- Journeyman Plumber license preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Confidence in presenting repair and upgrade options to customers
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with plumbing tools, systems, and local plumbing codes
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Willingness to continually learn and grow in your role
