• Pre-measure job sites and ensure accurate prep for clean, on-time installs
• Install equipment properly and test for quality assurance
• Document your work in our trade software, ServiceTitan, to keep your day running smooth
• Pursue certifications if needed - we want to invest in people who are willing to invest in themselves
• Own your route and represent Dale's with professionalism

What You’ll Bring

• 1+ years of residential plumbing installation experience
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record
• Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently, without being micromanaged
