Plumbing Service Technician

What You’ll Do

• Perform Residential Plumbing Repairs & Maintenance
• Handle a wide range of services including toilet repairs, faucet installations, water heater replacements, and general plumbing repairs.
• Troubleshoot & Diagnose Issues
• Inspect systems, identify root causes, and deliver effective solutions with confidence.
• Install Plumbing Systems & Fixtures
• Install and replace sinks, faucets, toilets, water heaters, and more — always following safety and building codes.
• Deliver Outstanding Customer Service
• Communicate clearly with homeowners, explain issues, provide accurate estimates, and recommend the best solutions.
• Ensure Code Compliance
• Complete all work in accordance with local, state, and national plumbing codes.
• Conduct System Inspections
• Evaluate plumbing systems for performance, water quality, and safety.
• Document Work Using ServiceTitan
• Track materials, update work orders, and maintain accurate records.
• Promote Safety & Quality
• Follow all safety protocols to ensure systems operate safely and efficiently.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of residential plumbing experience
• Skilled in repairs, maintenance, and installations
• Valid New York plumbing license
• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar software (a plus)
• Strong communication skills
• Able to explain issues and solutions clearly and professionally
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• High attention to detail
• Committed to quality workmanship and code compliance
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
