Plumbing Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform all service and warranty calls as directed by our dispatcher and/or Plumbing Manager.
• Inform Customers of company’s products and services.
• Present membership program on all non-membership calls.
• Correctly and completely fill out all service invoices and summary of findings using the perfect paperwork model.
• Provide necessary tools as required to perform professional Plumbing service.
• Attend all weekly training meetings.
• Develop personal and technical skills.
• Any and all other work-related tasks/duties as directed by Supervisor.

Pay

Commission based on sold repairs and products. Hourly pay for training and PTO.
