Responsibilities

• Install and maintain residential plumbing systems, including water heaters, piping, fixtures, and water filtration systems.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement effective solutions.
• Perform preventative maintenance through routine inspections to ensure systems function efficiently and meet safety standards.
• Respond to service calls, identify issues, and perform necessary repairs to restore plumbing functionality.
• Install, maintain, and repair water supply lines, drainage systems, and gas piping.
• Provide technical support and customer service by addressing client concerns and explaining system operations.
• Maintain accurate service records, including work orders, job progress reports, and materials used.
• Collaborate with dispatch and service teams to ensure efficient scheduling and job completion.
• Work independently and adapt to overtime or weekend shifts as needed with minimal supervision.
• Follow all company policies and industry safety regulations.
• Handle equipment and lift at least 50 lbs as part of daily responsibilities.

Requirements

• 1-5 years of plumbing experience preferred.
• Plumbing certification or equivalent field experience from a technical/trade school.
• Familiarity with local plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools used in plumbing installation and repair.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Pay

$30.00–$40.00 per hour (base plus commission).
