Plumbing Service Technician

About the role

We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our growing and dedicated plumbing team. Licensed plumbers are paid on an uncapped commission basis, with many of our technicians earning more than $100k/year.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections to diagnose residential and small commercial plumbing and drain issues
• Execute effective troubleshooting techniques to identify root causes of plumbing issues
• Perform timely and accurate repairs to resolve plumbing and drain issues
• Provide comprehensive plumbing services for residential customers
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, equipment, and fixtures
• Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations
• Interact professionally and honestly with customers to help them understand plumbing concerns and solutions
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain detailed records of services, including documenting pictures of before and after services
• Educate customers on best practices for their plumbing systems
• Adhere to company safety protocols and procedures
• Attend appropriate safety training as required by the company

Requirements

• 3+ years of plumbing experience
• Plumbing license: Tradesman, Journeyman, or Master (Journeyman required, Master preferred)
• Familiarity with diagnosis and repair of residential plumbing issues
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, equipment, and fixtures
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to commute or relocate to Katy, TX reliably
