Plumbing - Service Technician

What You Will Do

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and solve plumbing problems
• Work with customers to determine the best solution for them
• Ability to speak and maintain professionalism to customers, team members, and vendors
• Charge and collect payments for work performed
• Document and log job in ServiceTitan (including pictures and description of work performed)
• Maintain service vehicle and present a clean appearance
• Able to manage stress, difficult or emotional customer situations
• Able to work a flexible schedule and maintain attendance based on business needs
• Ensure new/returning customers’ concerns are addressed and handled appropriately, timely, and accurately
• Operate and maintain company vehicles
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools, meters, hand tools, and all other test equipment utilized in the trade

What You Need

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid Texas Driver’s License
• Technically proficient with a minimum of 1+ years of experience as a service plumber
• Valid Tradesman/Journeyman Plumbing License
• Clean driving record
• Time management skills
• Basic software understanding
• Self-motivation
• Physical Work Requirements: Regularly required to hear, stand, move, operate with hands and arms, and lift up to 75 pounds
