Responsibilities

As our Plumbing Service Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping both our team and our results. Your focus will include:

• Driving sales growth and profit margins to meet and exceed targets
• Coaching technicians to improve sales skills, product knowledge, and customer service
• Conducting ride‑alongs to mentor and develop team members in real time
• Managing day‑to‑day operations, ensuring efficient and effective team performance
• Supporting technicians with on‑site challenges and problem‑solving
• Delivering ongoing training and development programs
• Fostering a positive, motivating, and accountable work culture
• Collaborating closely with leadership to maintain clear communication and operational alignment

Requirements

What makes you a great fit:

• 5+ years of experience in the plumbing industry
• Proven experience in management and sales leadership
• Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated, goal‑oriented, and results‑driven
• Passion for helping others grow and succeed
• Experience with ServiceTitan (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
