Plumbing Service Manager

About the role

This position is responsible for the management and organization of the service plumbing department.

Responsibilities

• Managing the service operation of the plumbing department
• Overseeing the daily dispatching and efficiencies of the plumbers
• Customer relations
• Reviewing all billing and warranty claims
• Communication with other managers in respect to their warranty and installation needs
• Responsible for making sure all plumbers are properly trained
• Oversee all aspects of the plumbing service department and ensure its continued profitability and growth

Requirements

• 3+ years management experience in HVAC and/or plumbing or combination of education and experience
• 3+ years' experience in both residential and commercial plumbing desired
• Advanced customer service experience
• Advanced communication skills
• Experienced with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Organized with excellent follow-up skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record

Pay

$30.00 – $40.00 per hour

Schedule

Monday through Friday | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Overtime as needed
