Plumbing Sales Technician - Santa Cruz

Role Includes

  • Working with customers to come up with the best solution for their needs in a way that is in both their best interest and profitable for the company.
  • Assess customer needs, provide solutions, and written estimates.
  • Work with the project manager to provide material lists and instructions to labor installers performing work.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding estimates.
  • Work with the Plumbing Sales Manager to produce accurate quotes for our customers.
  • When needed, coordinate with customers regarding job scheduling and payment.

Position Requirements

  • A high school degree or equivalent is required.
  • Enjoys working and communicating with people.
  • The ability to make sales and earn client approvals.
  • Must be knowledgeable in Plumbing terms, standards and codes.
  • A valid driver's license is required and clean driving record
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
