Responsibilities

• Oversee plumbing construction projects from initial planning through final completion
• Coordinate schedules, labor, materials, and subcontractors to keep projects on track
• Manage budgets, costs, and profitability
• Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction
• Visit job sites to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance
• Support and lead field teams to meet performance goals
• Maintain organized documentation including RFIs, submittals, and project reports

Requirements

• Schedule Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (includes 1-hour lunch)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• At least 2 years of experience managing construction or plumbing projects
• Experience handling budgets, schedules, and subcontractors
• Familiarity with project management tools (ServiceTitan, Procore, Smartsheet, etc.)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
• Texas Plumbing License (or willingness to obtain)

Pay

Base salary $75,000 annually
Additional performance-based bonuses twice per year

Schedule

Schedule Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (includes 1-hour lunch)
