Responsibilities
- Oversee plumbing construction projects from initial planning through final completion
- Coordinate schedules, labor, materials, and subcontractors to keep projects on track
- Manage budgets, costs, and profitability
- Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction
- Visit job sites to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance
- Support and lead field teams to meet performance goals
- Maintain organized documentation including RFIs, submittals, and project reports
Requirements
- Schedule Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (includes 1-hour lunch)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- At least 2 years of experience managing construction or plumbing projects
- Experience handling budgets, schedules, and subcontractors
- Familiarity with project management tools (ServiceTitan, Procore, Smartsheet, etc.)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
- Texas Plumbing License (or willingness to obtain)

Pay
Base salary $75,000 annually
Additional performance-based bonuses twice per year
Schedule
Schedule Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (includes 1-hour lunch)
