Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License
• Journeyman Plumbing License preferred, or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and practices
• Ability to read and follow blueprints, instructions, and rough drawings
• Capability to complete projects unsupervised
• Proficiency in basic mathematics and measurement conversions
• Familiarity with PVC, CPVC, PEX, cast iron, and copper piping
• Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor

Responsibilities

• Install water heaters, water conditioning equipment, well pumps, sewer pumps, and other residential plumbing systems
• Follow the Nexstar Service System on all appointments
• Arrive on time for appointments; accurately report timesheets
• Collaborate with customer service and dispatch to ensure business success
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck
• Participate in training exercises, morning meetings, and team projects
• Accurately and timely order parts required for return work
• Report to the Department Supervisor on job status, sales, or unserved appointments
