Plumbing Install Supervisor
Your Role
You’ll Inspect jobs and perform quality checks. You’ve got high standards, and so do we! You’ll make sure plumbing install jobs live up to our standards and yours. This includes going out into the field to inspect jobs as a license holder. Make sure jobs are ready to go with the right equipment and materials. Doing plumbing installations the right way takes attention to detail. You’ll make sure everything’s set up properly and sometimes you’ll walk jobs with technicians to double-check things.
You’ll Handle customer concerns. Sometimes, mistakes happen and customers get stressed out and upset. When this happens, you’ll work with them to make sure everything’s taken care of!
You’ll Make sure your team has what they need to do their best and be their best! You’ll check in with technicians to see what they need to thrive here at Morris-Jenkins. Train technicians on standard operating procedures. The best way to make sure your team runs like a well-oiled machine is to make sure everyone’s on the same page. And that starts by training everyone on the same standards, techniques, and procedures!

Stuff HR Wants You to Know
- Minimum Qualifications: Valid North Carolina Plumbing Contractor License (NC P1 or P2), 3+ years of residential Plumbing experience with diagnostic troubleshooting, repair & drain cleaning service, and installation, Exceptional customer service skills, Proven leadership ability, Keen ability to work accurately, efficiently, and manage multiple tasks with good work ethic, Committed adherence and enforcement of the company’s core values and core purpose, Intermediate computer skills, Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, Ability to fluently speak, read, and write in the English language
- Preferred Qualifications: Valid South Carolina Plumbing Contractor License, Prior supervisory or management experience, Additional Plumbing experience
