Key Responsibilities
- Inspect all plumbing installations and report violation findings.
- Perform preliminary reviews of local plans concerning plumbing and sanitation.
- Maintain files, reports, and permits.
- Issue permits electronically and process payments.
- Monitor licensee statuses and water heater device reporting.
Skills and Expectations
- Proficient Communication Skills.
- Possess sufficient technical knowledge of Kentucky State Plumbing Law, Regulations and Code.
- Proven abilities to manage multiple projects.
- Conduct effective research.
- Demonstrates attention to detail.
- High Level of Customer Service.
Minimum Requirements
- EDUCATION: NONE
- EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, OR SKILLS: Must have eight years experience as a journeyman or master plumber.
- SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS (AGE, LICENSURE, REGULATION, ETC.): Must hold a valid journeyman or master plumber license in Kentucky at time of employment in this job classification. Must maintain any required licensure(s), certification(s) or other credentials for the length of employment in this job classification.
