Plumbing Foreman - Med Gas

About the Role

We're looking for a Plumbing Foreman with commercial plumbing and medical gas experience to lead work on hospitals, healthcare facilities, laboratories, universities, and other complex commercial projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise plumbing crews in the field
• Coordinate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment
• Oversee medical gas installations and testing requirements
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards
• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Work closely with Superintendents, Project Managers, and other trades
• Mentor apprentices and develop crew members
• Help deliver projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule

Requirements

• 7+ years of commercial plumbing experience
• Leadership experience as a Foreman, Lead, or senior field leader
• Medical gas installation experience in healthcare environments
• ASSE 6010 Medical Gas Installer Certification and/or ASSE 6040 Medical Gas Maintenance Personnel Certification
• Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems and applicable codes
• Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and coordination drawings
• Commitment to safety, quality, teamwork, and craftsmanship

$40 - $55 / hour
