Plumbing Foreman- Commercial

About the role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced plumber to join our dynamic team at Excel Services. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of Journeyman experience, be licensed in Kentucky, and possess a valid driver's license with a clean record. They should also be able to lift up to 70 pounds and interact professionally with customers, vendors, and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Lay out including blueprint reading skills, repair and installation of plumbing systems, and direct customer interaction
• Ensure that completed work meets manufacturers' requirements as well as appropriate environmental standards
• Work independently as well as oversee a job site and the work of others
• Interact with customers, vendors, and other employees in a professional manner
• Work in a safe manner that acknowledges self, co-workers, and public safety concerns

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years Journeyman experience
• Licensed in Kentucky
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
• Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment
• Career-minded with a willingness to continue education/training
• Familiarity with KY-OSHA safety requirements
