Plumbing/Fire Protection Engineer/Designer

About the role
We are looking for a Plumbing/Fire Protection Engineer who enjoys seeing their work come to life and understanding how the built environment functions. This role involves designing plumbing and fire protection systems for a variety of market sectors, including commercial, healthcare, multi-family, retail, industrial, ecclesiastic, and institutional facilities.
Responsibilities
- Design plumbing systems, including domestic water distribution, hot water boilers, sanitary and storm systems, natural and medical gas systems.
- Design fire protection systems, including fire protection sprinkler systems, fire pumps, and inert gas fire protection systems.
Requirements
- BS or BAE degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering.
- 2+ years of experience preferred.
- EIT or PE registration is a plus but not required.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and REVIT is a plus.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
