Are you a motivated individual with commercial and industrial Plumbing knowledge? Would you enjoy working for a growing company in a fast paced, team environment? If so, a positive attitude and a plumbing estimating background would be key components in becoming a successful candidate for this position.

At Custom Sheetmetal & Roofing, Inc., we are looking for a dedicated person to complement our team. We would like to consider your resume if you have 3 or more years of plumbing estimating experience, as well as a strong ability to take initiative. Our company has been involved in the plumbing industry for 20 plus years now and are looking for an additional team member.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints
• Propose estimates
• Complete paperwork related to estimates and projects
• Produce timely and detailed estimations
• Document processes
• Follow all company filed procedures and protocols
• Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization
• Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
• Build positive relationships with customers

Skills & Experience Required

• Familiarity with mobile tools and applications
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with high-level productivity
• Three years of related estimation experience

Position Details

• Commitment: 40 hours per week (with understanding that meetings and phone calls may occasionally occur outside of normal working hours)
• Compensation: Starting salary will depend on applicant's level of experience and skill in key areas, plus benefits
