WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Ride along with and assist licensed Service Plumbers on residential calls across Indianapolis
- Help with plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations — water heaters, water lines, fixtures, and more
- Learn plumbing systems, tools, and diagnostic techniques hands-on every day
- Develop the customer communication skills that make a great plumber
- Keep the service vehicle stocked, clean, and ready
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- No plumbing experience required — we train from zero
- Strong work ethic and a coachable attitude
- Reliable: on time, every day, ready to work
- Able to lift heavy equipment, bend, and stay on your feet
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Authorized to work in the United States
CAREER PATH
- Plumbing Apprentice ($16–$18/hr) → Service Plumber ($52K–$150K/yr) → Senior Plumber → Leadership
