Responsibilities

• Utilize skills to provide effective solutions for plumbing and drain issues, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Diagnose issues and offer cost estimates to finalize the transaction
• Make the necessary repairs for the customer
• Document estimates and invoices, both in writing and on a provided smart phone
• Collect payment and move on to the next service call

Requirements

• A valid driver's license
• Effective communication skills
• A mechanical aptitude and solid problem-solving skills are desirable, but prior experience is not necessary

Pay

• First year service technicians can expect top-pay, earning $65,000-$75,000, on average
• Pay increases quickly with each year of experience
• Service technicians are paid an hourly rate of $17.00 to $24.00 during training
• After training, they are paid an hourly rate at or above the minimum wage for all hours worked
• Service technicians also have the potential to earn commissions at the rate of 16-22% of revenue depending on the revenue category
• Commissions ranging from $10 to $139 can also be earned for selling products and treatments
