Locally owned and operated, second-generation Plumbing Master serving Northern Connecticut since 2007. We offer service, maintenance, and repair for commercial businesses and residential homeowners on water heaters, well services, drain cleaning, water treatment, and everyday plumbing needs.

About the role

Perform minor to moderately complex service work on plumbing systems in residential and light commercial environments under the direct supervision of a Journeyman or Master Plumber.

Pay

$18.00 to $25.00 per hour depending on experience, plus spiffs and bonuses.

Schedule

7:30am - 3:30pm, Monday to Friday. Some overtime required; never weekends.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair plumbing fixtures such as showers, kitchen equipment, laboratory fixtures, and water, heating, and drainage systems in compliance with applicable plumbing codes
• Assist with troubleshooting plumbing issues and performing maintenance and repairs on plumbing and piping systems, including the removal of blockages from drain and waste lines
• Perform drain cleaning services using appropriate tools and equipment
• Utilize ServiceTitan daily for work orders, customer information, scheduling, documentation, and job tracking

Requirements

• At least 6 months of plumbing field experience, or an equivalent mix of training and hands-on work experience
• Connecticut Apprentice Plumber License is preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent customer interaction and communication skills
• Proficient in the use of common plumbing tools and equipment, including drain snakes, augers, power drills, saws, hammers, tape measures, levels, and screwdrivers
• Solid basic math and measurement skills
• Capable of following direction and guidance from a licensed Journeyman or Master Plumber
• Valid driver's license with a driving history that meets insurance requirements
• Able and willing to perform work outdoors in varying weather conditions
