Plumbing Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Assist experienced plumbing technicians with residential plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance.
• Follow instructions carefully and complete tasks efficiently and safely.
• Learn and apply industry safety protocols and best practices under supervision.
• Ask questions, seek feedback, and continuously develop your technical skills.
• Help maintain an organized technician van and warehouse materials as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team and project goals.

Requirements

• No prior technical experience required; comprehensive on-the-job training provided.
• Strong work ethic and a positive, proactive attitude.
• Teachable mindset with a genuine desire to learn and grow in the plumbing trade.
• Honesty and reliability; show up on time and take pride in your work.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Physical ability to perform hands-on work, including lifting, standing, and using tools (with training).

Schedule

Full-time position Monday to Friday with occasional opportunities for overtime.

Pay

$18-$22/hr.

Location

Based in Rochester, NY, servicing residential clients in the surrounding area.
