About the role

Aira is leading the transition to clean-energy technology, helping households achieve net-zero emissions. We're looking for plumbers and heating engineers to join our team as Clean Energy Technicians. You'll install the latest Aira heat pumps, cylinders, and radiators, working with experienced professionals to ensure high-quality, efficient installations. No previous heat pump experience is required—we provide all necessary training.

Responsibilities

  • Install Aira heat pumps, cylinders, and radiators to help families reduce costs and carbon footprints.
  • Work closely with your team and designers to ensure efficient, reliable system installations.
  • Follow surveyed job plans and schematic diagrams for every installation.
  • Train at the Aira Academy to develop your skills and progress toward becoming a Heat Pump Installer.
  • Join a growing Europe-wide team of engineers as part of the Aira family.

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 2 plumbing (or equivalent).
  • Experience installing radiators, cylinders, and pipework.

Nice to have

  • NVQ Level 3 plumbing (or equivalent).
  • WRAS Qualifications (water regulations).
  • Unvented hot water systems (Part G).
  • Gas qualifications.
