About the Role

Full-time Plumber Technician position at Encore Village of Schaumburg. When not performing plumbing tasks, the plumber will assist with general maintenance duties.

Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance
• Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues
• Assist with general maintenance tasks (e.g., repairs, painting, landscaping)
• Collaborate with maintenance team to ensure community standards

Physical and Environmental Demands

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
• Work in various environments (indoor/outdoor, temperatures vary)
• Stand, kneel, and climb for extended periods
• Wear PPE (personal protective equipment) as required

Requirements

• Two or more years of plumbing experience
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Valid Illinois driver’s license with a clean driving record (required to drive company vehicle occasionally)
