Pay

• Up to $45/hr depending on experience
• SPIFFs and performance incentives
• Sign-on bonus up to $10,000

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems
• Handle service calls including fixtures, drains, water heaters, and piping
• Communicate clearly with customers and provide solution-based recommendations
• Deliver high-quality workmanship and customer experience
• Maintain accurate job notes and documentation

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential service plumbing experience
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Solid knowledge of plumbing codes and best practices
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
