Plumber - Residential Service

This full-time, commission-based position will act as a mentor to Plumbing Apprentices.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose common and diverse plumbing emergencies efficiently and accurately and perform plumbing services
• Strong residential service experience and troubleshooting skills
• Water heater replacement and repair
• Fixture replacement (faucets, tubs, showers, and toilets)
• Drain cleaning
• Competent use of conventional sewer machines and plumbing tools
• Provide exceptional customer service while on the jobsite

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of residential service and repair experience, specifically in diagnosing and troubleshooting plumbing systems
• Experience with leak location and repair (a plus)
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail
• Results-driven in a high-energy environment
• Ability to follow directions and work independently
• Ability to work in hot, cold, or wet climates depending on the weather

Pay

Competitive, uncapped, full-commission pay structure with an average range of $75,000 - $150,000.

Schedule

• Full-time, with Monday-Friday and Tuesday-Saturday schedules available
• On-call rotation
• Paid time off, 6 paid holidays per year, plus a paid birthday off
