About the role

Plumbing Service Leader — All-Star Heating, Air Conditioning, & Plumbing is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join their team. This position focuses exclusively on residential service and repair, not construction or remodel work.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and communication
• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues
• Manage and motivate a team of plumbers
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and safety standards
• Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in residential plumbing
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills
